Refund policy
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened products, sale/discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened or consumed food products, including sleeping gummies, cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty/cosmetic products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Opened products
• Sale/discounted items
• Gift cards
• Subscription products (see below)

Subscription Products – No Refund Policy
All subscription products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits are available for subscription orders, including the first subscription month, once the order has been processed or shipped.
Due to the consumable nature of subscription items, subscription orders are considered final sale.
If a subscription product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right. Replacement or correction is at Glowtone’s discretion.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
As above, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened products, sale/discounted items, subscription products, consumable goods, and food items (including sleeping gummies) are excluded from this right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@yourglowtone.com.
